Our Rental Policy
We strive to provide an excellent rental experience for all our customers. To ensure clarity and fairness for both parties, we have outlined our rental policy below:

1. Delivery, Setup, Tear Down, and Pickup Service for Arch Rental:
Our delivery, setup, tear down, and pickup service is included in the rental cost and available exclusively for venues located within a 50-mile radius of 78641. This service ensures convenience and proper handling of our rental items to and from your venue. Service outside the 50-mile radius is available for additional charge.

2. Rental Duration and Fees:
The rental cost covers a 24-hour period, starting from the time of delivery for arch rental and from the time of pickup for decor items until the time of return. Rentals extending beyond the initial 24-hour period will be subject to an additional charge of $10 per hour.

3. Damages and Missing Items:
In the event of any damage to or loss of rented items, the renter is liable to pay the original cost of the item or for replacement parts.

4. Adjustments to Delivery or Pickup Times:
We understand that plans may change, and we are flexible to accommodate adjustments to delivery or pickup times. Please contact us in advance to make any necessary arrangements.
