Rental Policy

We are dedicated to providing a seamless and exceptional rental experience for every customer. To uphold transparency and fairness, we've outlined our Floral Arch Rental Policy to ensure mutual understanding and satisfaction throughout the process.

1. Delivery, Setup, Tear Down, and Pickup Service:
Delivery, setup, teardown, and pickup are all included in your rental cost and are available exclusively at venues within Austin, Leander, Georgetown, Cedar Park, and Round Rock. This complimentary service ensures seamless handling of our decor items before, during, and after your event. For venues outside these cities, extended service is available for an additional fee.

2. Rental Duration and Fees:
The rental fee includes a standard 24-hour period, beginning at the time of delivery and ending at pickup. Rentals exceeding this timeframe will incur an additional hourly charge of $10.

3. Damages and Missing Items:
In the event of any damage to or loss of rented items, the renter is liable to pay the original cost of the item or for replacement parts.

4. Adjustments to Delivery or Pickup Times:
We understand that plans may change, and we are flexible to accommodate adjustments to delivery or pickup times. Please contact us in advance to make any necessary arrangements.

5. Custom Rental Requests:
